 What’s not included in the cost?

• International flights to and from India

• Domestic travel from Delhi to Dehradun. Taxis from Dehradun airport to the hotel.

• Learning Vedic meditation for the first time, or Advanced mantra Technique.

• Mentoring with Jonni or private Yagna’s with Panditji

When will I know what my personal sadhana program will be for the retreat?

Jonni will advise on your personal program on the very first evening of the retreat. It will be based on your level of experience on retreat and your desired experience.

Is it a prerequisite that I have had Covid vaccinations to attend this retreat?

No

Is it a prerequisite to be vaccinated to enter India?

No, However all unvaccinated participants may have to submit a negative PCR test no later than 72 hours prior to entering India. All this information will be provided upon registration.

Will I lose any payment if the retreat is cancelled due to travel restrictions imposed by the India government?

It is a condition of participation that you have travel insurance that covers travel restrictions.As the organisers of the retreat we are not covered to refund you in the event of government imposed travel restrictions.

If I must cancel, will I be able to receive a refund?

Due to lead time for bookings in India, all payments will be non-refundable. To mitigate any concerns, we recommend taking out travel insurance to cover you for unforeseen circumstances.

Can I attend if I haven’t learnt Vedic meditation?

Yes, however it will be a requirement that you take the course held in the first 4 days of the retreat for an extra $600 AUD

Is learning Vedic Meditation required if I practice the 1 Giant Mind Technique?

Yes, it is. Even if you have a regular daily practice with another technique other than Vedic meditation you will be required to learn Vedic meditation to participate in this retreat.

Do I need to hire a car from Dehradun airport to the hotel or should I take a taxi?

We recommend taxi’s only as you will have no use for a car during the retreat period. If you wish to explore the region before or after, then we suggest a car rental for this period only.

Can I book a room at the same hotel the retreat is being held either prior or post the retreat to extend my time there?

Yes, it is encouraged that you make this booking at the time of registration to ensure there is availability. March is considered a peak session period due to the very pleasant climate in Rishikesh.

Will there be free time during the 8-day retreat to wander around Rishikesh and do shopping and site seeing?

There will be very limited free time during the retreat. The 8 days is dedicated to being immersed in practice in deep retreat away from the daily demands of your attention. We will be making everyday count to gain as much benefit from the potency of the program set out for you. We recommend allocating a 2-3 days post retreat to stay and explore Rishikesh and enjoy leisurely free time with the other retreat attendees with whom you will have bonded deeply with over the 8 days.

How many do we anticipate being in attendance on this retreat?

We have made an allowance of 40 rooms and if we include some shared and family occupancy it may be as many as 50 participants.

Will you be able to cater to my specific dietary needs?

Generally, we can cater for most requirements. Please let us know what your dietary needs are and we will let you know. Please note that all meals during the retreat will be vegetarian.
